MONOCHROME MOM STYLE

Sundays are our favorite day to get out of the house as a family (my husband typically works every Saturday), explore around town and grab coffee at our usual spots. January was full of snow, chill, and downright drear, so it felt good to get out for some fresh air after hunkering down for a few weeks.

My winter style these days pretty much consists of all the black, white, and gray - comparable to the weather, #amiright. Though I'm not technically following a wardrobe capsule, I certainly layer most of my pieces and rotate them around on the regular (thanks Unfancy for all the tips!). I've been living in this Zara coat since I bought it the end of last year and I love that it can be worn super casual or dressy. Seriously, the coziest thing ever. Also, living in slip-ons - these and these on repeat.

As far as baby gear these days, you can find us using our beloved umbrella stroller, which works great for city travel. Our BOB jogger stays at the house for walks in the neighborhood, and our Nuna stroller is currently in storage - IMHO, we really love the Mixx for it's infant car seat adapter, otherwise it is just too heavy for daily use. Also, we never leave the house without our PacaPod cooler pod, which fits perfectly in our Hastings backpack.

Keep an eye out for more style posts coming soon!
